Where payment processing, communications services, or other integrations are used, limited operational data may be received from those providers to support platform functionality.
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Services, remember user preferences, maintain login sessions, and improve system performance.
Where analytics tools are enabled, information may be collected in aggregated form to understand usage patterns and improve service reliability.
Personal Data is used to operate, maintain, and improve the Services, including managing accounts, enabling participation in groups and ministries, delivering learning content, and supporting communication within the platform.
Information may also be used to support ministry administration, community participation, and the delivery of discipleship and learning programs within the C.I.T.A.M environment.

The Services are intended to support ministry participation across the church community. Where children participate in activities through the platform, appropriate supervision by parents, guardians, or ministry leaders is expected.
We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children without appropriate oversight or lawful basis.

It forms part of The Safari App policy framework and should be read together with the Policies below, which outline platform responsibilities, conduct standards, and safety.
