We recognise that digital platforms can be misused and therefore take safeguarding seriously. We seek to reduce risk through responsible platform design, appropriate moderation, clear community expectations, and accessible reporting pathways.
All users are encouraged to act with care, integrity, and vigilance in order to protect the wellbeing of others within the community.
The Safari App is not intended for unsupervised use by children. Parents or guardians remain responsible for the oversight of a child’s participation and for ensuring that use of the platform is appropriate and consistent with family and church guidance.
Children should only participate where appropriate supervision, guidance, and safeguarding practices are in place.
Users—particularly leaders, moderators, and those serving in ministry roles—must maintain appropriate and transparent boundaries in all digital interactions.
Private, secretive, or unmonitored communication with minors is discouraged unless authorised and appropriately supervised.
Any behaviour that is exploitative, coercive, manipulative, or inappropriate toward a child or vulnerable person is strictly unacceptable.
