Welcome to The Safari App, a digital discipleship and community platform operated by Christ Is The Answer Ministries (C.I.T.A.M) (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of The Safari App, related websites, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy by reference.
If you use the Services on behalf of an organisation, ministry, or group, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
We may update these Terms periodically. Where updates are made, the “Last updated” date will change and continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
The Safari App exists to support Christian discipleship, spiritual growth, learning, fellowship, and ministry coordination consistent with the biblical mission and values of C.I.T.A.M.
The community is intended to reflect Christ-honouring conduct, respect for others, and integrity in communication and participation.
The Services do not replace pastoral care, professional counselling, medical advice, legal advice, or financial advice. Users are encouraged to seek appropriate support when necessary.
You must be at least 16 years old (or older where required by applicable law) to create an account unless participation occurs under appropriate parental or guardian supervision.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating or maintaining your account and to keep your login credentials secure.
You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account and must notify us if you suspect unauthorised access or misuse.
You agree to participate in a manner consistent with Christian love, humility, respect, truth, and applicable law.

We do not store full payment card details and rely on payment processors for secure payment handling.

C.I.T.A.M is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless C.I.T.A.M, its leaders, staff, volunteers, and partners from claims or liabilities arising from your use of the Services, your User Content, or violation of these Terms.
We may modify or discontinue parts of the Services from time to time for operational, security, ministry, or legal reasons.

Christ Is The Answer Ministries (C.I.T.A.M) is committed to protecting your privacy and handling Personal Data with care, integrity, and transparency. Where payment processing, communications services, or other integrations are used, limited operational data may be received from those providers to support platform functionality.
Personal Data is used to operate, maintain, and improve the Services, including managing accounts, enabling participation in groups and ministries, delivering learning content, and supporting communication within the platform.
Information may also be used to support ministry administration, community participation, and the delivery of discipleship and learning programs within the C.I.T.A.M environment.
Personal Data may be processed where necessary to provide the Services requested by users, to comply with legal obligations, or where legitimate interests exist in operating a secure and effective platform.
Where consent is required for specific activities, users may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.
